What a dream come true to have Gracia, Bria and Bryn visit us in Africa! They made it across the globe without any airline delays, missed connections, or lost luggage! They came in the middle of Zone Conference and transfers, so we spent the first few days in Lusaka. Then we drove the long road to Livingstone Zambia where we enjoyed the wonders of Victoria Falls and many other surrounding wonders. On the Zambezi River cruise, one woman said to our granddaughters, “Wow, how lucky that your grandparents invite you to Africa! My grandparents only invited me to their ranch to work!” Rand said, “So did mine!” To which Bria said, “Yup, my grandparents are just ruining me!” Isn’t that a grandparents prerogative-- just spoil them and send them home? We just happen to be in Africa, instead of the on the ranch! Reproduction
We now more fully understand why we will be so happy to live with our Heavenly Father again, if it is anything like the joy of being reunited with loved ones whom we have been long separated from. And when Africa is renewed and receives its paradisaical glory, it will be a divine destination!
